Howdy! I'm Mike.
I'm a creative design executive with over 25 years of experience building physical products and the teams behind them.
When I was a kid, I drew imaginary robots, cars, airplanes, and sneakers. When I wasn't doing that, I was tearing things apart and putting them back together into something else. "You should be an engineer", my dad (a civil engineer) said to me. Even though I went to school for industrial design, I've been tearing design and engineering apart to create something else ever since.
Throughout my career, I've designed everything from cars to consumer electronics for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. I'm especially proud to have started industrial design practices at two Fortune 50 companies, General Motors and Comcast.
I spend my free time teaching and volunteering - I like to think I'm designing the next generation of problem solvers and 3D creators. I'm always on the lookout to work with organizations and clients who share my values. Turns out, I'm happiest when I'm helping people, teams, and brands reach their potential.
